December 22, 2017 - Out of LSC Meets
If you attend an out of LSC Meet – to have those swims entered into the MDSI TOP 10 data – make sure you send the mdswim office a copy of the TM file from that meet – the host LSC does the entries into SWIMS. If you need splits entered – they must be done thru the Meet Director or the host LSC TIMES person. For obvious reasons a TIMES chair from one LSC cannot access meet results from another LSC to make updates – changes or corrections.

December 19, 2017 - Rule Change Effective January 1
With the exception of championship and open water meets, the program in all other age group competition shall be
planned to allow the events for swimmers twelve (12) years and younger to be completed in four (4) hours or less
a timed finals per session (prelims, finals, timed finals) or in a total of eight (8) hours or less per day for a preliminaries
and finals meet. Events for the same 12 & under swimmers shall be limited to one session per day, except for
prelim/final meets where events for 12 & under swimmers may be offered in both prelims and finals.
